question about installing RE block offs

Ok so yesturday I received my RE block offs from the online store but they came with no directions. My question is in past threads I can't seem to find about installing them is should I put any silicone or anything on the back side of them against the hull or on the other ones that goto the pump side. Thanks Greenhulk.

Its acutally "Right Stuff" and it works very well. Made by permatex, I also put a light coat on the bolts, and around the bolt heads. I put it around each hole etc.. you want no leaks so seal it up good!

I will be installing mine on Saturday morning. I plan on making a How To thread when I finish the install.
