    4" Kanaflex intake mod

For those of you that have installed the 4" Kanaflex intake, what is the purpose of the "vent hose #5" on the stock setup, in the picture below? What have you done with this hose / connection?

    Thanks, JT

You wana get a catch can. This will catch all of the blow by oil that ur engine spits out. I wouldnt buy the riva can tho its way over priced for what it is. Search catch can on here and you will see alot of different ideas on what 1s to use. I had mine fabed up at work all it cost me was a breather filter to go on top and some hose to join it up. Maybe £20 total. R88

Smile Oil Breather Catch Can Options?

We ride on Lake Worth in Forth Worth from the old Carswell AFB marina. Excellent facilities, smooth water and lots of fighter jets to watch! Also, Possum Kingdom, and our favorite is Lake Ouachita in Arkansas for family vacation every year.

I don't really want to spend $125 each for 2 Riva's catch cans. Anybody have a better options other than JAZ mini-breather catch can? Is the "natural" one clear for viewing? Other options and pictures would be great.
