I have a 95 SLT 750 pump. See if it will cross reference and lets work a deal!

It will work, but I think you need a new extension/wear ring too. Didn't you say the impeller was hitting the ring at one spot?

Like right here...

yah....the impeller will hit, because of the crack portion (picture number 1)that could cause disalignment of the impeller

I think i have the same 4 blade impeller, and the clearance between the edge of the prop and lip of the stator keeps me from seeing how the broke edge is hitting the impeller. See pic....
Just looked, and your slx has the same prop as my sl780 used to have. Its the prop in the pic. Part # 5131079

You can't see my broken edge because it's not broken. That broken lip is not going to hit or mis-align the impeller bro.

Andy, If you are running in salt water, you really want a Stainless Steel stator, not just a replacement 5 vane aluminum stator.
6 vane is the standard stator is SS, but there are also 8 vane and 12 vane SS stators. The more vanes (blades) in the stator, the better the performance is rough water, but the lower the top speed (couple of mph slower).
You can also get a replacement extension wear ring (part# 5134562) in Stainless Steel. For salt water running, having both stator and wear ring in SS would be the best.
