    any problems at 100 hours?

i am trying to trade a 2001 trans am for an 05 rxt with 98 hours on it. he said it has only had the 50 hour service no mods and thinks it still has ceramic washers. he also said he has had no problems with it.

what do i need to watch out for?

Yes definatly get that SC out and have them washers replaced...Might as well have the Whole SC rebuilt being its that close to 100 hours...I would also check out the wear ring, plugs, and grease in jetpump and change the oil...Other than that i think you would be good to go...

Mine has 161 hours on it and still running strong. Like veryone else said rebuild the SC and put in the metal washers. Change the oil so you know when it was done and go have fun! Just watch out for the bug.

166hrs on my 06 rxp n never done anything. Not a S/C rebuild, not a washer, nothing. It gets dealer servicing every 35hrs though. I havent ever had a stitch of problems n mines still running strong. Im putting an x blower on it soon and a few other mods.
