    Jetworks Pi$$er flow

I just rebulit my GP1200R after the number #3 cylinder seized because I was to stubborn to pre mix. While the ski was apart I did the Fercho Jetworks mod and had the ski on the lake today for the first time. I ran the ski on the hose in the drive to warm it up before I hit the water and everything was fine and got a little trickle of water out of the side pissers with a tap of the throttle. However, on the lake even though the ski ran good and water flowed from the new pisser below the grab handle I did not see water come from the side pissers only what appeared to be exhaust smoke. I installed the bypass fitting on the bottom of the exhaust per Fercho's instructions and was surprised at the lack of pisser flow. I ran the ski for about 2 hours in 30 min sessions to break it in and did not seem to have a heast issue. Is the lack of flow normal on a ski with the Fercho jetworks mod? I have checked all connections from the exhaust all the way to the jey pump and cant find any problems.
    Thoughs?

Do you have the gasket installed to block the flow at the stinger outlet?

Since I am a believer in admitting your mistakes/stupidity I will acknowledge it was simpbly me installing the pump strainer backwards while I had the pump on the bench. The fact that I had the pump off the ski makes me feel even dumber since it makes the inlet hole for the water even easier to see. Damn am I embaressed and lucky the ski did not give up the Ghost!
