    not hard at all
get a socket that sets down on the out side of the bearing race and carefully tap it down in with a hammer I don't know why it wouldn't work

I use a little hydrolic jack press to do my pumps

Take the shaft pump assembly off the ski. Take the cone off the pump. Back the nut off so no threads are exposed and tap it out with a hammer. After the shaft moves about 1/2 inch it will fall out.

And to get it back in? With all the bearings?

I used to tap my own stuff!!!!!Big mistake if you ask me now after getting a press.

Let Carl or your dealer press them in for you, you can easily damage a bearing by installing it wrong and there goes your RPM. And on any GPR with the pump extension, the intermediate shaft and pump shaft better be right on according to factory specs.
