    Electric Shock!!!

Work in Sea-Doo dealership in UK and had a strange problem which we didnt get to the bottom off due to lack of time and customer's money to fund it.
Has been btohering me since so any help appreciated.
Basicly when a wave goes over the craft XP Di 04 a electric shock is felt throuh the right hand handle bar (possibly through throtle cable) , which is obviously not to enjoyable.
It feels like HT shock rather than a 12v one,
(tried re-routing HT leads, and throttle cable, checked electric box for moisture= none, checked for voltage in throttle cable, checked TPS incase of some power leak, changed plugs)
Ski runs supperbly apart from this problem, baffled me!

Can you run the ski in a dark room and lightly spray water on the area?? May be able to find source of problem that way.
