This thing has a 951 engine which is the biggest one made for our two strokes. I'm not sure if this one is direct injected but I doubt it. You can expect somewhere about 60 mph on the machine (based on others anecdotes.) It's a very unstable hull and is definitely made for an aggressive rider that wants to do a lot of twists and turns and doesn't mind falling off from time to time. The 951 has been known for a problem with water getting into the engine. I'm not sure on what exactly caused that but I'm pretty sure it had something to do with the exhaust. I don't know if this issue was fixed for 99 so you may want to ask others.

The machine is most likely not premix as the seadoo 2 strokes have an oil pump and an oil tank. It does the mixing for you. Most of us do a block off plate because we don't trust the oil pump. Hope that helps.

That looks like a nice one - Mixing the gas and oil is no big deal.

That is a fun ski to ride.

it has a trailer which would work out much better because i would'nt have to go looking for one that suited well for my situation

Looks good but you need to check it out. Check compression, check wear ring, and definitely go for a lake test. Be careful with the mechanics lien, too.

What the numbers are is not as important as them being close to each other. I dont know what normal compression is for a 951, but provided its not really low like below 100psi, and the numbers are close in value its prob OK.
