Anybody else burned by SkiREparts aka Jabbas, rotorayworks, Shane Smith?

I know he has screwed and tried to screw a couple members here and he was banned for ungentlemanly behavior.
Back in mid-July I bought a nozzle from this guy and I still haven't received it. He sent a a pair of sponsons instead. I was cordial and tried to work with him. I mailed the sponsons to the person who had allegedly received my parts but I still haven't received the parts I order and Shane Smith is such a limp dick he won't even respond to my e-mails as to the location of my parts. I have emails documenting him admitting his mistake and supporting the events as I have described them but no parts.
I got Paypal involved and ended up opening a fraud case against him for not sending the correct parts.
Paypal is reluctant to really push this unless the item was purchased on ebay.
So to really make this clown stand and face the music, anybody who has purchased anything from him and paid with Paypal and you feel the item wasn't described accurately (regardless if purchased with or without Ebay), call Paypal's Customer Service Number and give them your story.
Paypal has started a fraud investigation on him and the more evidence, then better, especially over thed passed six months.
    Thanks,
    James

actually you should have filed your paypal as "Item not received"! and you still may be able to correct your error? paypal will get involved for that complaint on a non ebay item and since you sent your part ( sponsons to somone else at his request I would think technically you should file the complaint as not received not sabstaintally different than described? IMHO from a recent case but at the end even if Paypal awards you the case you may just get pennies on the dollar depending on the $$ in his account

Yeah, I screwed up when I filed the claim. I should have filed it as received but way different. I've been using Paypal since back in naught three and have never had to get them involved.
Annyway, Paypal did open the right claim for me but she said usually unless it was through Ebay, they aren't to agressive about things (which is sad). So I asked to file a fraud claim. It's attached to his account and if they see a pattern, no more Paypal account mr skireparts.
The thing is, I couldn't care less about the $45. I can always go through Mastercard and have a charge back to Paypal (but I don't really want to screw them).
I just want Shane monkey spunk to stop screwing people and Paypal can help if they put his account on lockdown. Then the only way he can sell his crap is with Casino Cash. They just need the evidence.

I really, really hate scammers. Unfortunatly small claims court my be the only way to go. I've never acctually gone through the whole process myself. Usually the filing fee isn't too bad and sometimes the sopenea will be enough to scare them to square things. If they don't show up to court; you win but then you're back to collecting the judgement. That's the tough part. You can file a judgement against then in the county where they live or may be trying to buy something and it will show up if they try to buy a car or something. There should be a way to get the credit reporting companies to put it on their credit report but I don't know anything about how.
I'm speaking from experience in Texas and every state is different. The first step would be contacting the small claims court in your county.
I always pay using a debit card with the Mastercard logo. That way there is the option to have Mastercard do a charge back. I suspect this is part of the reason Paypal is trying to get everybody to become "verfied" with a bank account.
    Good luck.
