    Newbee with CDI question

    Ive got a 94 pol. slt750 and I would like to know where and what the cdi is.

    If you haven't already, download the 1992-1998 Polaris Service Manual.

    The CDI is the Capacitive Discharge Ignition controller module, and it resides inside the electrical box. The CDI generates the spark signal for each spark plug coil, and connects to the electrical stator inside the flywheel to determine when to fire each spark plug as the engine crank shaft rotates.
