    VE920 Kit

VE920 mono cylinder and head, compression was 220/rr & 50/fr when removed today, previous owner ran it lean, found piston seizures in the bad cylinder...a quick hone removed some of it, everything is raised and not gouged, all she needs is a real hone and new piston set, it's at 1mm over right now. No pitting on domes. Includes cylinder, head, and head bolts. $750 plus shipping.

PRICE REDUCED TO $600 plus shipping. Don't miss out!

    Orlando, FL

They are CR500 pistons. Wiseco carries several oversizes for them. I can order the pistons for you if needed. Let me know soon. Thanks, Clay.

only use the honda cr 500 pistons not the wiseco. there is a different expansion with the wiseco, difference in the ring landing and piston wall surfance near the transfer and boost port.

Good point rxp, what about Vertex? They are a cast piston I believe. I assume the OEM Honda psitons are cast as well.

ART makes the piston the only off brand that matches or that is made by ART is Pro X.

They work great but I second what Bari said don't ever run Weisco in it.

The guy I got this ski from said he had a new top end put in last summer for 1300 beans. Looks like he smoked it right away because the top of the pistons look brand new. He ran heavy premix so the carbs must have been off. I agree with not using the Wiseco comments. Good for dirt bikes...not for skis.
