    99 slth 700

my 700 develops a bog after driving it for a while, i pump the throttle quickly and it revs up good and goes on....i cleaned carb(very little dirt) and changed the fuel lines, but still happening. any thoughts or ideas to try? there is a turn button on the dash for turing on/off gas but it dont seem to work but i wonder if it is creating some kind of vacuum problem? maybe ill try and bypass this switch...anyboby???
