Testing Intercooler for leaks.
I just made this thread for questions if needed about testing your intecooler.

What I do is plug one side of the water port and put 10 PSI of air pressure to the other. Then submerse the intercooler in a tub of water.
Then check for air bubbles. This is the exact way my intercooler core manufacture does it to. Works well and is quick to do.
