Best way to water away from the EFI controller
Guys I need some info on how to keep the efi controller as dry as possible. And where to tuck it into. I lost about 4 mph due to a faulty unit that got wet. I have been gone for a while so any info to bring me up to speed will be wellcomed.
I already put grease to keep water out but no luck

go to radio shack and buy a small black project box, there made of abs and put some silicone around it. they cost about 3 bucks and just drill a hole with a grommet for the wires. you could silicone around that too if you please.

N8R showed me to mount it high in the hull, up on the high side around where the farings are. I take out my storage bucket, and its on the sidewall of the upper hull there. Always dry, and easy to access as needed to adjust.
