1/4" lines. Mount the pump low in the hull and keep the pulse line less than 12"

Be sure to use check the fuel valve as it is responsible for lean running conditions as well. Update 95-18 Fuel Valve (see tech section for detailed up-date)

You might also want to check ALL the updates for your 94 and 95 to make sure all updates have been performed.
I think your SLT had an oil vent update.
Your SL had a few as well.

When replacing your fuel line make sure you don't kink the fuel lines. Make long smooth bends and remember gravity will play a factor on the fuel lines down the road, plan ahead.

    lines

1/4" lines? cool not a problem. I'll mount it low with less than 12" of line. do you recommend using those black snap connectors for the fuel lines being attached to the fuel nipples or just use the stainless steel clamps only? (kinda like a up grade if you use the ss clamps) I would assume.. really don't trust the ones ya snap to tighten. once loosened once, they seem to never bite right after. not good for vibration.
What about changing the oil pump at this point and going straight premix before IT quits too underway? .lol I heard u must put in the block stick that comes with it too keep the same volume of air in the crankcase.
If so, then what mix ratio? 40/1 or 50/1 still? I dont care if it smokes.lol Ahhhh the smell of protection Good ol 2-strokes//herhehehee loves the revs!!!!

I like to use the step-less Oetiker pinch clamps. 40:1 on the premix if you go that route.
