50% water/vinegar mix works well. Or get this stuff called "Ducky"

Use straight vinegar (white) in a small pail. Dip a old washrag in pail, wipe on,follow with dry towel.Use on everything (seats, rubber, plastic). Quick and clean. Follow up with a product called 303 protectent (Camping World , West Marine) expensive, but works on EVERYTHING ! Adds depth to anything it touches and on seats (doesn't make slippery), but don't use on rubber mats (make's slippery). Way better than Armor -all.
