    Intake Questions

I have had rocks getting in through my intake grate on more than one occasion. Do they sell a product that can fix this? Like a smaller intake grate.. I always make sure to be in water about 6 feet deep when I fire it up, but I am still pulling rocks off the bottom. Just did it this morning and it tore up the teflon.

    Any helpful ideas would help.

    My Seadoo is a 2004 RXP w/VTS..

    Thanks..
    Tall Tom

Tom..Welcome to Greenhulk..6 feet sounds a little extreme for sucking rock..There are no smaller intake grates available for that purpose..The only intake grate i know about that has any kinda rails is the OEM one..

There is no way you should be sucking up rocks from 6 feet... I have sucked up a few before, but i was real shallow when it happened.. You just have to be careful where you ride i guess, or you will stuff up your prop and wear ring real quick..
