    Cheapest 4 inch intake setup?

What's the cheapest way to make a 4 inch intake system? If someone could list the parts that would be great.

I spose the R&D 4" s/c adapter, 8ft of kanaflex, and a generic 4" filter.. Would only need to make a mounting bracket or something to mount it..

How does the adapter fit onto the SC? Does it just snap on?

Heat up the adapter or the neck of the SC? What do you heat it up with?

The R&D adapter is hard urethane... it will push right into place May need a little pry bar to pop it off!
