the RXP is not the best choice for offshore, unless its calm seas and you can capitalize on the RXP's speed. Pat Roque won the Long Beach to Catalina Race on a RXP a few years back... it was a smooth day. Offshore really denotes rough water. The Ultra, RXT, RXTX or SHO are better fits for that application - and watch out for the new HONDA 15 Turbo, hearing good stuff.

I've noticed you have been on several threads latter part of the summer lamenting the performance of your p-x in heavy chop.
Honestly, your best bet and in the long run the cheapest option is going to be to sell your p-x and get a watercraft more appropriate to your riding environment. It happens, not everyone makes the best purchase decision on everything, cut your losses and move on.
It'll cost you some to get out of your current ride and into another but in the long run it'll be cheaper and easier (just think of all the headaches you'll be saving trying to make mods work together). A stock p-x should not be that hard to sell.
