as long as your towing only one jetski you will be fine. I tow my 07rxp with a cavalier and have no problems at all and have been up some pretty steep launch ramps.

You should be fine. I tow my SHO with the wife's 2.5L Altima. At the lake where I ride the concrete on the ramp doesn't go to the waterline, so the rear wheels are on sand. I am able to haul my ski out with the FWD better than most RWD trucks that spin their wheels in the sand. Actually, I think FWD with a single place trailer is an advantage at most ramps since they are usually slicker near the waterline.

My friend has been using his 2000 Honda Accord for years towing his ski (06 RXP) with absolutely no issues, he has a Triton Elite trailer.

those 3.1s are heavy youll be fine , id say watch out for the intake manifolds gaskets before worrying about towing with it
