    GPR soot ?

have an 03 gp1300r, d-plate, free flow. had the motor completely rebuilt by Island two yrs ago and it runs great but i have been getting soot build up on the heads and everything to starboard (exhaust, fuel rack, cylinders, air filter, everything). When i run on the hose i cant see an exhaust leak. Any ideas? pulled the "s" shaped exhaust and found no holes or cracks.
    please help.
    thanks

just soot no water in the hull ever.

Yeah I got the same s*#t on mine !Started when I started spraying the motor! It is definetly aluminum dust mixed with a spray(w/d40)or whatever you use to protect the motor from corroding!I believe it is coming from the exhaust support upfront !
