    Actually 11 to 19 hrs on one of Macc Sig 15F is really good. Too many people buy a 350 hp + watercraft and expect the same reliability that a stock machine has.

    There is no doubt in my mind that any Macc Racing Biult machine is pushed to the peak of performance and reqiures a skilled and trained individual to keep them running tip top.

    Racing and biulding on my own has shown me just how delicate these things get when pushing them hard.

    yeah that is true,

    in the grand scheme of things like Skip 19 hours is good...... alot of people buy them on the premise of buying them and being able to ride every weekend.... there things like oil changes, gasket checks, checking belt tension, that people do not take into account.

    to put it perspective... every 20-25 passes on a drag car the motor is check and freshened up if needed and that is maybe 20-25 minutes of WOT run time.... the trans another maybe 30-35 passes before things need to be torn down and checked....;

    top fuel cars get torn down after every pass.... so in the grand scheme of things if you want to be at the top of your game you have to know what you are getting into ahead of time

    10 hours out of a full snot race boat is good. the top fuel dragster is a perfect example.

    How many hours can you sprint for????

    I've built my fair share of high end race engines, some of them need five hr teardowns. But they win races, and as long as the valued partner in these engines is aware of the maintainence requirements, no drama.

    many racers buy them new at the start line they get broken it depends how lucky you are...........
