2006 RXP 160 Hrs What should i do now?

Hey everyone - so the 06 that i got in november of 06 has around 160 hrs on it - Its got a full stage 2 kit - intercooler-prop-grate-sponsons-greenwheel-ceramic bearings- metal washers-42lb injectors-intake-resonator delete-2degree wedge-

the question is now what should I do - Im spinning 7600 rpm making 70.2 on gps - in 75deg air and water temp. Jerry did the SC at 80 hrs - you think I should reshim or have the washer rebuilt to protect the craft?

A while back ago I had the melt down when my friend was riding and the WB exploded - I had to shorten the hose that goes to the WB outlet to the exhaust out of the craft. Would that cause the problem of those lost RPMs? I have read the lost rpms thread and have tried really everything. Ran some injector cleaner and nothing really - Im maybe thinking its the reshim or the hose i had to shorten. Any ideas of what to check next would be greatly appreciated.

Wow... your RPM's are low? I'd pull the SC and check clutch slippage

A complete rebuild is recommended at 75-100 hrs.

If I recall correctly the slip is supposed to be checked every 10 hours. When you had the waterbox problem, did you remove the J-pipe from it? If so, the three pissers inside of it may not be perfectly aligned, which could cause low RPM also.

Did it run good previously? If so, how fast did the rpms go down? Did it happen right after your waterbox blew, or has it slowly been losing rpms for a month or more? Typical ones are boost leak (check and tighten all your clamps), SC slip (pull it and check slip), or exhaust leak (motor sucks in exhaust rather than fresh air, kills rpms).
