    Rejetting XLT

    I'm rejetting my XLT1200 and this is what the stock settings were.
    main 120 @ 1 turn, polit-107.5 shut,n/s 1.2 and spring 95gram.
    my new settings are
    main 120 @ 1 1/2
    polit 110 @ 1 turn
    N/S 1.5
    95 gram
    If my High was set at 1 turn out, and now 1 1/2 with the same jet, will it be running rich.

    Whats your tach say? You switch jetting in similar weather conditions?

    I need to gat a tach. weather condition always the same hot a humid. 89*-92*.

    Your new settings are what I am running on my 1200 XLT and it runs GREAT!

    Up date on XLT1200

    I rejetted my carbs, removed my Riva stinger 1 pipe and replaced it with a 1300r pipe w/jet works. sealed the pump and installed PPK. Installed Riva reed stuffers and 3/8 spacer. First pass on GPS 68.2mph XLT likes trim set on N best 68.5mph.

    Ada head 150psi,Riva stuffers,3/8 spacer,Jims plate,D plate with Jetworks mod, Nu-Jet 6.5 repitched by I.R. thanks to Denis,5* nozzle, R&D F/A. and an Advent.
