Primary wire through the loop

I wrap mine around the end of the #2 Cylinder (middle). Some people like it around all three wires, ect...ect...
Might even have to put some electrical tape around it if the wire is not a strong bending wire.
Doesn't make a damn as long as you are getting correct readings.

You want to run it through your cable hole, not the start/stop switch hole. Its the hole closest to your seat.

Use a screwdriver with the wire taped to one end so that you may push the wire through the foam that is in that one hole. Just grab it on the other side and run the wire on the left side of the boat where the zip ties are.
If you get any interfearance, just run it on the other side.

Question, if you are to wrap this around your plug wire, why do these come with the aligator clip?

No, the Tiny's you wrap.
I clipped mine to number 2 wire, closest to the CDI box.
