    Jim's Rideplates on a S150

Has anybody tried an open or closed loop plate on their jetboat?

I was thinking it may not do as much since there is so much other wetted surface on the sides unlike PWC's.

Not me. I'd never be interested in going open loop, and couldn't be sure it'd fit the boat anyway, plus the suspicion you have that it wouldn't have nearly the benefit as on a ski (like most mods).

Yeah, I wouldn't want to go open loop either. Closed loop plate would be an option though.

Don't the boats use a different heat exchanger than the PWCs?
