    2009 Fx Ho

was wondering had anyone thought about or knew how much of a difference the 09 HO and SHO would have as far a performance goes. i would think the normally aspirated 1.8 liter 09 would be faster than the 08 HO which runs close to 60. plus the 09 HO has 11.0:1 compression while the SHO is around 8.6:1. that kind of compression should make it accelerate pretty fast. im sure its not going to be as fast as the supercharged version but i bet its close.

Well the old HO was good for 59 and the SHO is good for 66-67 so I'm going to guess around 62-64.

Correct you are. The old HO ran 58 and the the new HO runs 63 mph to be exact.

Any idea of cruising range @35-40 ? Would you expect 67ish with an RPM kit?

Maybe, its possible but maybe just a mph or so less. It all depends on your conditions.

I did 75 miles on the SHO at those speeds, and it still had 3+ gal in the tank. I bet the HO could get close to 100 mile range.

I was hoping for 120+ miles for long distance crusing.
