To get the old ones off use a heat gun and be careful not to get to close, you will know when the heat is right because the old decals will come off real easy and they become very stretchable again. As far as new ones go there tough to find! this thread is a day late because I just sold a bunch of decals on ebay a couple weeks ago. When I built my wifes sl650 I went to the local graphics guy and I had some made for about $70 but there not even close to the oem ones.

You certainly can get the graphics made, its just that it can be a bit pricey.

About two years ago I had some Polaris Watercraft decals made for me. I think in the end I got ten of them for $150 bucks or something? Now these were smaller decals, but if you have the old decal or if someone has a pdf or JPG of the graphic you certainly can pay someone to make them for you. I think the best idea would be to find a few people that want what you want and then maybe split the cost, because you will have to pay design fees and such...well I did anyways.

Definitely check with Polaris too though, it is quite possible they still have some of the decals available.

    SideFX does custom work.

You create and send him a paper 'map' of your upper hull shape, he works out the dimensions and does the design.

I did the mapping for the MSX hull, but didn't actually order any graphics from him.
