Your FPR setting
What are you guys typically having to set your FPR to. Mine had to be set to 75psi to get a AF reading of 11.9. Does that sound ok?
Stock Modded water box
That is in 90 deg heat with 88% humidity elevation 800 ft. As it cools down to the 60s and the humidity drops, won't I have to go a good bit higher than that?

75 base pressure is to high for the pump to handle. IMO

so to remedy this, I should try larger injectors to allow the base pressure to be dropped on the FPR?

Well, what's your idle AFR at 75#s, and what's your boost at WOT? At 60 pounds on the RRFPR and using 42# injectors, I'm at 11.9. Almost seems your RRFPR isn't seeing the boost, or a bad O2 sensor.

48s or 50s? Which should I get in your opinion? I thought alot of folks were running the 42s with setups similar to this?

I assume you are running 8500 rpms and 13# of boost. If so, the 42's @ 75 psi base fuel pressure (78 psi @ wot) will flow 153#/hr or fuel, enough to support 295 crankshaft horsepower. The stock fuel pump can flow up to 161 #/hr of fuel at 78 psi fuel pressure. You may have enough mods to be making 295 hp depending on your exact setup. If you are making that kind of hp it won't matter if you stay the way you are or go with larger injectors and less base fuel pressure. You will flow the same amount of fuel either way throughout the rpm range and you will be rich down low and in the midrange. Once you get past the 285 hp range you need to go with dual fuel pressure regulators or with an add-on fuel controller.
