    Balance channels on 1300r

Last weekend I was spannering and fitted a set of the VF3 reeds and wonderd if you guys bloke off the balance channels between each cyliner or not as I've seen a few post discussing before but cannot recall the outcome for both Carbs or in this case for the EFI setup?
