    GPR FUEL TANK MODIFICATION.

As we have discussed in previous post, this the extended fuel lines and fuel clunks.

Cut-out of the fuel sleeve to fit 90 degree connectors:

    90 degree connectors installed:

6 1/4 inch length fuel line w/ clunks attached to 90 degree fittings

Can be purchased from : http://www.jetskisolutions.com

Works on the same principals as the fuel pickup "clunk" in a yard weedeater, edger, blower & some RC vehicles gas tank.

The fuel pickups in stock form on our GPR's are near the middle of the gas tank.
As you run lower on fuel, you increase the chance for sucking air on low fuel as the fuel will run to the back of the gas tank....thus starving your carbs.
These weighted fuel clunks extend to the rear of the tank where the fuel is when "running",
and help keep the fuel pickup system completely "submerged" in gas as the fuel level gets lower.

Gravity ensures that the ‘clunk’ is always at the bottom, enabling fuel to be collected whatever the orientation of the fuel tank.

Guys, I just want you to know I purchased this ski from Pistonwash.

I do not know if it is because of the acceleration of a triple pipe but when the buzzer goes off I am done. It will not provide enough fuel to do a single run.

My single pipe will run 3 or 4 runs when the buzzer comes on.

My friends 03 will run 20 miles when the buzzer comes on.

I saw Kerry posted that he uses single pick ups on triple pipe applications.

I would not spend the time and effort for this mod.

I did the mod and now I do not get the "vapor bog" when I am making hard turns on the buzzer.
