Freight Costs for a shipping container

Does anyone know of any good trucking lines I can contact for prices to move a 40 foot high cube container for me from Michigan to New York? Seems like there is some good pwc deals there....and if I buy some skis I need to get them to the nearest shipping port...and onto a boat to Australia.

    Cheers

Give me a pm and I will put you in touch with a guy that I use. He did a couple of skis to Brisbane and other places.

If you are just moving one or two skis to get to the port and load a container I can help with that.

I am looking at moving a whole container. Can you still help with that or is it too much?

Lake Michigan is a shipping lake, part of the Great Lakes and Saint Lawrence Seaway system. No need to ship it to NY first.

I imagine there are container shipping facilities around Chicago, Detroit, Toledo and Sarnia, just to mention a few ports.
