    Super Charger check up??

    Since I have the water box out of ski what can I do to check or look for if I pull the S/C . .. I have metal washers with about 100 hours on them

    100 hours??Damn thats awsome...Its recommended that at the 100 hour mark to have the whole SC rebuilt....

    really?? now you have me wondering gotta go out and check my hours and my paper work to see exactly whats on it.

    Here's the run down... at 50 hours new engine installed (long story) lol...at 90 hours I installed a Stage I and Jerry's did the washers...at 135 hours the S/C bearings went. Dealer repaired S/C and re-installed the metal washers.....I now have 227.7 hours on the ski. That would be roughly 93 hours on the rebuilt S/C with metal washers

    If you have the time then i would send it down to Jerry..He would be able to tell you if it needs any updated parts.Bearings,clutches,spring washers ect..At 100 hours and as long as its out or in a position to be easily taken out,I would send her down to Jerry...Just for cheap insurance....Plus you know he wont steer you wrong..

    I'm jealous that you get to ride that much

    It's time for a complete rebuild. The new rebuild kits come with metal washers now and Seadoo has dropped the price
