    Just Another RXT-X Test!

Took the baby to the lake with 13 hours on it. I had cut the outer wings off the stock grate while waiting for my new Garmin (Wrist) Foretrex 101 so it wasn,t a stock test. Cost of Mods 4.52 for Walmart Marine epoxy to fill ride plate holes. Had the stuff to machine the grate.
    Water- 73 Deg
    Air- 73 Deg
    Elevation- 1028 Feet
Rider- 204 Pds. Sitting far back.
Mods- Cut stock grate, Holes filled
RPMs- 8080 ---Stock was at 8040.
    Water- Slight ripple.
Trim- Slightly above center at White Marker. Higher or lower lost about .2 MPH per click for me.
    Results
    2/3 Tank- 68.4
    1/3 Tank- 68.9
I was happy with the speeds and the 40 RPM increase with the grate cut .
I hope to average 70 this weekend in a average of up and down river speed runs this weekend as the river is at Sea Level. I found my 98 XP-L ran 1 MPH faster (GPS) on the river as opposed to 1028 Feet.
I highly recommend this ski as it is super quick, feels like a lightweight, and I was surprized the gas needle went down a LOT slower than I thought it would before I bought it.

How did the spacers affect the tight turns and where did you get them? Nice speeds!
