I guess I don't see why your slamming Sharps. Sharps have built some of the most cutting edge Polaris's that's ever hit the water.Have you ever bought anything from them.Normally you get what you pay for.I've seen a hundred guys on here that try and short cut something by price and then show back up and say Why?

I'm not trying to start a discussion about the merits of Sharps, anyone that's been around know they are Top Notch. So don't make it that.My point is quality is quality. If you want unknown stuff, buy on E-bay.Sometimes you win, sometimes you don't.1200 motors don't come cheap like 750 stuff, reason being is they haven't been around for 20 years or that old. And big HP cost big money.

Really??? I thought that they were selling brand new, in the box OEM 1200 cranks for $700 outright and $650 with a core, and that included shipping?

I think that we should all be grateful that the Sharps, Wat-Cons, Atlantic Powersports and Ziglers of the world are out there for us.... and are approachable.

Can you imagine if they got on here and took at "jab" at everyone of us everytime that they had a perceived (or real) issue... like people coming in and getting parts and work done then not paying the entire bill.

A lot of people would probably wind up not looking so good, right Mr. Candid?

If you can help ryanbgb find a crank, great. But if your sole purpose is to take a jab at the Sharps or anyone else, please leave it in the "buyer/seller feedback" section of the forums.

So it sounds like everyone is selling them for a mint then? What's the best price you've gotten so far? I may be able to help.

I certainly don't see where 700 bucks for a new crank is expensive. As a matter of fact when I was looking for one a few years ago I bought it new in the box for 600. It seems with inflation and the lack of Polaris producing them at a high rate, 700 bones is real cheap.

I have a handful of brand new ones for a 1200...what's one worth to you with ship cost?...send a PM...thanks.

P.S. For the thread...$700 is cheap for one in my book...they retail for just about twice that. I think getting 50% off is a darn good deal.
