    Riva pre filter

Hey guys, does using the riva pre filter on the 3" intake system lower your rpm?

Get rid of that thing and put the spectre filter on it instead

This filter may not fit on a riva 3" set up... it's quite a bit larger than the one it comes with???
Works great with a custom 4" set up though!!!!

I run mine with the pre filter on, mostly for peace of mind. I like the rough water, and regularly submerge the front of my ski. No problems so far.

Why not just trash that 3" riva set-up and go with a kanaflex 4" set-up
I wouldn't think that just adding this filter to the 3" riva intake is gonna do anything

yea you could go 4" but you will want the filter anyways when you do go 4" and there not expensive....And the riva's have been known to collapse...Its just an idea oh and I think the Spectre flows a little better but in the long run It prolly want matter anyways....Its just a suggestion
