    RXP-X Question

Hello everyone, I'm new to this site.
I have been a lot time Kawi fan but I am thinking about the RXP-X.
Is there any of you that would prefer the Ultra 260 over the RXP-X?

    Thanks
    Dan

cant compare really as the px is a sporty 2 seater with awsome handling and power while the kawi is a big crusier good for families and rough water use.
the x turns on a dime and out accelerates most skis out there.

U ride lakes or sea?? The p-x would be much better on glass in my opinion but the ultras are excellent through the chop. But in saying that if you like wave jumping the X is good.
so +2 on the hard comparison

comparing a sports bike(rxpx) with a cruiser(ultra). maybe you should look at a rxtx if 3 seater is your thing. remember that the 3 seaters will always leave the 2 seaters behind in the rough chop.

If your not doing any major mods the X is the only way to go...prop air intake and intake grate 75 mph is normal. The 260 with same mods 70-71 but in the extreme rough the speeds will be equal.

Seadoos have always had the edge in performance but the Japanese skis have always had the edge in reliability. Ive only ever owned Seadoos myself always will. I love the way they ride but admit that they are less reliable in the long run than others. Its a trade off. Im sure others will agree, even in a seadoo thread. The 4tecs are just starting to emerge as a consistently reliable ski.. and even they have some issues with the superchargers and etc.
