I wouldnt think it to be much different than a 2 smoke... Run some anti freeze through it... I use a bait well pump with a garden hose on 1 side and antifreeze bottle on the other side... I run 2 gallons through it just to make sure my dog has some good antifreeze in the driveway. Fog the motor... I believe the intake is rite undet the motor cover on the vx... I use penzoil marine fogging oil... Stabilizer in 1/4 tank of gas... start the ski... Shut her down pull the pluggs and for good measure I spray some marvel mystery oil in the cylinders... Disconnect the battery and store in a warm dry place.. And then you light one of these

I do pretty much the same as TJ just said. And those that have seen my RX in action have seen how I can fog a motor..

    Check this out: http://www.greenhulk.net/forums/showthread.php?t=63933

There's a manual for the fxho and the storage section starts at page 80..

Termite's got a cool little flush dohicky...we've got some pics of it in action on Anthony's ski from the beginning of the year..

This is all my ski gets for wineterizing :
    fog
    shrink wrap
    remove battery

Every April I get new plugs, new battery, oil change, and fill up with hi test.
After 2nd ride of season I change oil and filter again to get the rest out from doing 75% change.

LOL I was thinking the same. I'm changing the oil now and new gaskets are in.

if i wasnt having the refuel outage, then i probably would be able to go out... But from October 18th to November 15th, i will be working 12 hours a day, 7 days a week.. so no skiing, sociallife, anything for me

its ok tho.. its better then having it in the middle of the summer hehe

BTW, whos with me? im going out on saturday, rain, shine, sleet or snow

Well... Ive done rain 4 times this year and sleet twice... Rain at 30mph feels like little BB's and sleet feels like giant rocks... With that said rain or sleet saturday your on your own...
