    A 3/8" or 1/2" will work fine. I used a 3/8"

I did a 1/4-20 also. You have to be carefull tighting the allen head screw. Theres not much thread because the hole is really alittle to big for that tap. I used locktight and snuged the allen head screw.

Make sure and tell me how you like the X-charger! It made a pretty big difference for me going from a 215 charger to the X-charger but now I want more.

I have 36 hours on my RXPX and I find no oil /residue inside the SC to IC pipe--intercooler--IC to TB. So why are some filling the hole??

Because not everyone is as lucky as you! causes a huge mess when the seal does blow by

Oh--OK--Thanks bigdaddy. Now I have a couple of more questions. Why would one not repair the seal? And Sea-Doo put this hole for a reason which is---??
