Riva Racing ECU Compatibility with RXP-X?

hi this is my first posting and i'm not sure if this question has been asked before but i can't really find a relevant thread, so...

i'm interested in purchasing the Riva Racing ECU (RS11850-01-C) with the 50lb injectors, plus the valvetrain upgrade.
but i heard that the Riva ECU will run too lean. anybody have info/experiences with using this ECU on the X-boat?

    thanx everybody

Too lean? I guess that depends on what supercharger you run. With the stock X charger or even a Rude Charger the Riva ECU and 50 lb injectors are fine.

You will still be okay with the 137mm drop in impellers.

If you ever go to a 140mm supercharger then you will need additional fueling in the form of a rising rate fuel pressure regulator.

    ok, that's good
is there like a maximum psi the riva 07-08 ecu is mapped to?

Yup, your good.. actually I found with just the regular X charger I'm runing a tad on the rich side. So with a 137 or other rudextreme drop in wheel it would be perfect.

in response to Green HUlk, could you please tell

    1. what kind of PSI range the RIVA ecu can handle before it starts running too lean?

    2. how do i measure the AF ratio? what is a safe AF ratio before the X-boat starts running too lean?

    3. if i run the RIVA ecu, at what point will i have to use an RRFPR to prevent it from running too lean?

i hope these questions haven't been asked before, i'm just trying to do it the right way and hopefully post some awesome numbers.. appreciate your responses, thanks for your help!!

Enufpwr, what where your AFR findings with just the X SC. And was it on stock ecu or riva ecu?

I have a bung on T-X, so plan to get some AFR readings soon.
Your info would be good, thanks
