    R&D 45cc Heads

Anyone here using them on their 1300?
R&D says they are good to go with 92octane gas but it I figure 45cc should be around 180psi... seems alot for 92 octane.

    im confused
According to the Riva catalong their 48cc heads are good for 150psi, thats why I thought the R&D 45cc heads would be around 180psi
    Anyone running the Riva heads?

    Anyone running the Riva heads?
I am running Riva heads. They came with my stage II kit. Compression out of the box is right at 150 psi. 180 is a little much for pump gas.

    Fernando,
Are you running the R&D heads on a PV 1300 or the non PV 1300.
Im assuming the 150 psi is on a PV 1300 with the valves closed???
Also whats the squish with the OEM 2 layer gasket?
    Thanks

    They are the same heads.
I think the confusion arises in the volume measurment. Riva include the volume of the head gasket in their figure, R&D don't, hence the difference.
