I am still kicking.. just busy.
Hi guys, I am still around just got real busy the last 6 months, only logged 4.8 hrs on my skis this year. yep shame on me.
I went nuts, bought a CHEAP ASS HOUSE this spring. tore it down to the 2 x 4 s and rebuilt it with cash and my bare hands. 24,000 later my wife, the twins and I live in a 2400 sq ft house that is new on the inside, including every thing new. I know owe 5800.00 on my home.
well the neighbor hood is a little rough, but getting better, nothing a couple of 9mm cant solve. .. so I will be around more oftan see ya. Tony

Well I could see the writing on the wall here in michigan life is getting scary. Jobs are REAL TOUGH. even with THREE skilled trades. SO I got rid of my 100,000 house payment, and did this for the best of my family and New twins. 1yr od and doing GREAT!!!they are the love of my life, as I am sure yours are,
here are some before and after shots, excuse the drywall dust on the camera lense ..
The one you can see I took out the swing door and put in a sliding door. this gained me 3 feet in the bathroom for a 5.5 ft by 5.5ft whirrell pool bath tub made by jacquese, (ok you guys know I can't spell)..
remember I am a automation/plastic process/ maintains tech NOT a builder in a 105 yr old crooked house? .everything was tough,
like the doors where all the wrong size. all the plumbing was stole from the house,No copper pipe at all, I ran all new plumbing (pex) and drains. ect. it was a tough job for me.
but now I have security, I can pick up pop can and pay my house payment, or sell one ski and pay it off.
Oh by the way, I have securty cams all around the outside with IR lighting. yes I can see them on line, on the tv PIP. thanks fro being cool....
