I just had to send him an email "Do you guarantee the listed speed of 78 mph, confirmed with my GPS if I win the bid and if the ski does not do 78 mph, you will refund all my money and costs associated with the purchase" can't wait for a response if I get one at all. I'm tired of being burned by idiots and their false claims on Ebay.

Well I got my answer. "NO" he won't stand by the declared radar speed of 78mph. I'm shocked at his answer
