JP gave one to me! I ended up buying the riva intake grate instead! Higher top-end speed with better flat-water hook up!

That's all I needed to know. I am more concerned with Top-Speed and I ride on flat water. Did you true your Riva to the great. Mine kinda hangs down a little.

Grind a little on the outside, make it flush with the rideplate...

It hangs down a little, I did get 74.3 gps out of the rear intake with the S-3 stock ECU! Piranha Intercooler with an 82mm ring in early May. Running 10.8 lbs of boost! 07 rxt.

Should I remove it to grind it, or leave it installed. Also, besides a razor blade, is there other trick to remove silicone from the hull?

I think you need to go with the 15/20r 4-blade to get some more speed!

Damn, that's awesome. I hope to get close to that, or at least high 73's. I need to get my boost gauge installed next time I go test. From what I've read, the X-chargers are putting 9.8-10.1 @ 8100.

Understand the following....When the grate is mounted, the part touching the hull is the DOWN side...the side pointing away from the hull is the UP side...

Leave it on the hull, grind it DOWN towards the rideplate.....Some people have taken it off and ground the opposite side, which is WRONG...That way removes material from the rear of the grate, which is used for support thickness.......

    Just the outside....

I got one coming, last time I was out my RPM's were at 8140. How much difference will the 15/20 will make over the 14/19.5?
