Wow... This is what I call Salt Water damage!!!

Check out these drive pics!! The owner of the "boat" was apparently surprised that they gave way, haha.

Be sure to point anyone to these pics that asks about leaving their ski in salt water year round!

Yeah that is nasty but I will tell you that freshwater can DESTROY the back end of a ski as well. My rideplate/pump shoe/nozzle/intake grate etc. were severely pitted and even had holes in some places.

what the now that's what you call neglected.

always flush and wash your ski's guys that's all i can i say, salt water is merciless. Get one of those oil vacuum pumps as well so you can get the water out from under the battery box. If you make the effort to look after your ski no matter what you ride in it will last, unlike that fella's.

Are there zinc anodes on the pumps? Probably be a worthy invesment for us ocean goers.

you could sell that thing to a concession pretzel stand, that's like 2 years worth of salt you could use on pretzels

thats why i laugh when i'm out on the water and i see all these people with new skis and jetdocks that are too small. The backs of the ski's just sit in the water and then the people that just have the ski's tied to the docks and they sit in salt water all season.

hopefully one day i'll have their money
