took it out today to get some speed runs and to see how this thing runs. Only got a few runs and not very long. The lake is only 800 acres. Medium chop i was running around 58-59 gps and then on light ripped water it ran 62.9, but once again only got about a 75 yard run and had to turn. Ski felt strong and i love the way it sounds on take off. Not nearly the holeshot of my waveraider 1100 with impeller but enough for me. Few more picture....

Check out the wear ring clearance on your pump. It should holeshot your 1100. But if the pump is off that would hurt holshot and top end. Stock top speed should be 64-65. Try a few of the things in the mods thread in my sig, that will help it out.

yeah i checked to pump last night and found a rock shoved in there. It had been sucked up in the pump and did a little damage on the impeller and wear ring. Nothing bad and the ski sure didnt show any signs of cavitation. It might have just been alot smoother on take off then my waveraider. but my raider has a nasty holeshot. Like said i never got a full speed run..im sure it is in the 64 range but that lake is not big enough and to many people where making the bigger part rough.

Check out btldigger mod thread ! The intake grate mod gave me 1.2mph easy. The trim mod gave me another 1-2mph. Its pretty easy making these ultras quick all the info is there.
