    Welcome to the Hulk.

If the carb is spitting you might have bad reeds.
I would rebuild the carbs and inspect/replace the reeds.
All the manuals and info can be found in the tech section.

Is there any way it could get water to spit. I am thinking that because of the milky color Thanks

If you have a milky spit than you might have a popped gasket somewhere.

What type of Flame Arrestor are you using?

And I would check the reeds as well.
