Yes, I've seen it. It's an EM (aka Bob Dutton) system.

Here are Hot Seat instructions which are similar.

There is no cables or levers , just what is on the back of the jetski , and the stock trim is hooked up and works, So I guess I'm missing parts ?

There should be a cable and lever or a lever with a hydraulic cylinder attached to it .It looks like they just have it setup in a fixed postion and not operable. it looks like the still are useing the trim motor ??? also

Hey Keyzbum, is worth hooking up ? have been useing the stock trim setup , or should I "lock it a postion " ?
is it used for speed ( top end), or turning ?

leave the stock trim alone--use it just like before
i only use the tabs to get a good holeshot and for some SICK turns
they dont work(easy) over 55 you just use the stock trim at that point
works sweet ..my 2 pennys says set them on the up position just a little bit(instead of flat) then you can still jump and pull wheelies and it should handle well at speed --flat (to start) they kill the jump and the wheelies and wount allow you till trim it up all the way
just remember, some people say tripple pipes and hand opperated trim tabs are not for rec. skis LOL I HOPE MY SKIS NEVER HEAR THAT LOL
