Sl780/ Slx780 Whats The Difference
Hello yes I am back. Things are not working out right now for the pro 785. I have found two skis local here both in very good shape. What is the difference between the sl 780 and the slx 780 both are the same price 1500.00 Let me know I am going to buy one of them this weekend. Which is faster? Thanks

Thank you, I was all set to buy a pro 785 and things have just not worked out. Money is tight right now but I am going to buy a 780 project for me and my son, unless some one out there has a pro 785 close to n.c. for cheap. Thanks

Do a compression test on either ski you're considering.
A SLX is pretty much maxxed out as far as a project goes. Unless, you sink alot of $$$ into it.
May I suggest sitting tight and waiting on another PRO to pop up.

You certainly won't get a quicker Polaris than the PRO785.
The SLX is a great boat for 180's and the such and it's plenty fast for most of us.
The SLX is also much easier to work on and maintain, great for a project boat.
If you have the speed bug you'll want to skip the project and go for the PRO...Decisions, decisions, decisions.
