    Damaged Prop??

I have a used '05 RXT I bought. Out of the whole it is terrible. I pulled the pump last night, the wear ring is brutal. I am wondering if I need to change impeller as well. It has some nicks on it, not along surface along the wear ring, but both on the front and back. Must it be changed?
If so what should I upgrade to? No point going stock..

    Thanks

The wear ring is an easy swap and the prop can be reconditioned for under $100.00 or you can jump up to a 14/19 but you might wanna think about adding alittle boost while your at it.

imo.... stock boat can't even get close to pulling a 14/19..
use a 14/17 or just buy 1 and experiment to see where your
rpms are.. you may have to have it adusted a little once you
    figure out where rpms are.
    Good luck!

Do standard prop repair shops do impellers?
14/17 is a good upgrade then?

    Thanks

not that i know of.. I have midwest propeller down the street
from me and they Don't do impellers- just propellers.

The 14/17r would be the best choice if you want to
spend the $$$. It would be a good step above stock.

That's why I said add some boost.. You can send it back to any PWC imeller company and they refinish it for the low, low.
